TOMATO PIE

Spread teaspoon mustard to the former on each circle of dough and top with a slice of tomato. Sprinkle with grated cheese and herbs. Salt and pepper.
Bake for 35 minutes until the tarts are golden.
Immediately enjoy an aperitif or as a starter with a green salad.
SPANISH OMELETTE

Step 2: Break the eggs into a bowl and beat them after they have been seasoned (salt and pepper).
Step 3: When the potatoes are cooked, generously add olive oil, pour the eggs into the pan and quickly mix it until the omelette is formed. Add onions.
Step 4: Flip the tortilla on the cover then do it again slip into the pan. Thus, the tortilla is returned safely.
Step 5: When the second side is cooked, slide it in a dish and serve with a drizzle of olive oil on it.
MOZZARELLA STICKS
Coat each piece of cheese with flour, then dip in egg and then roll in bread crumbs.
Dip in egg and crumbs again.
Heat oil in skillet and cook sticks for about a minute on each side, or until golden and before cheese starts to leak.
Drain on paper towels.
Serve with sauce for dipping.
